For more than 40 years, Polartec has been dedicated to advancing the science of fabric. With that many decades under their belt, and more collaborations with big brands than I can count, they have a lot of stories to tell. As a freelance writer for Polartec, I get to work on a variety of projects. Here are a few of them.
Polartec x Marmot

My first project for Polartec. I was tasked with recounting Marmot's origin story—and their partnership with Polartec—through the lens of a climber (me). I love having the chance to tell stories in first-person and was stoked to dig into the history of this community-centric brand.

Polartec Challenge Grant
Blog Post + Social Copy
From 1991 to 2006, the Polartec Challenge Grant helped fund adventures big and small around the globe. I worked on a series of blog posts chronicling some of those past expeditions. I used archival photos and interviews to bring their stories to life.
